山形県西村山郡にある自然豊かな農園を営んでいる「だいちゃん農園」です。

郷土料理クッキング♪
下記の郷土料理をお作りいただけます。
笹巻・いるか汁・冷や汁・芋煮・納豆汁・雑煮・凍み餅

★笹巻
米を一昼夜うるかし（浸し）、水をきり笹の葉に包み入れ茹でた保存食（砂糖入りきなこをまぶして食べます）
★凍み餅
大寒の頃うるちと米を混ぜた飯をつぶし、凍らせ干して、せんべい状に切り、3ヵ月干したものを揚げて甘辛醤油で味をつけた郷土食。
★芋煮
自家製里芋つるりを使って、山形牛・豆腐・蒟蒻・野菜のたっぷり入った醤油味仕立ての郷土料理。
★納豆汁
冬の山形では体が温まる納豆汁がよく提供されます。里芋の茎を干した「いもがら」が必須食材で、その他里芋・納豆・豆腐・堀米セリ（伝統野菜）・人参などが入った味噌味の具だくさん汁！
