Plan description

サーフィンをやる為の指導を行っています。
サーフィン体験に必要な道具を用意していまして、サーフボードで波に乗るレッスンをしています。
サーフィンのルールやマナー、道具の名称やサーフィンに必要な物や事などをレクチャーして、サーフィンというスポーツを体験させて頂いています。

オリンピック公認　世界サーフィン連盟公認指導員が教えるサーフィン体験

最初に陸でサーフィンのマナーやルール、道具の説明や波の見方など、サーフィンのやり方を指導し、陸で練習してから海へ出てサーフィンのレッスンをやります。
レッスン最後にお写真を撮り、記念にプレゼントしています。

Time schedule

まずはじめに、パドリングの姿勢と基本を陸で練習します。

スタンディングする体勢に入ります。

テイクオフ(板の上に立つ）の体勢やかまえ、バランスのとり方の練習をします。

陸でイメトレをし、準備運動を終えたらパドリングで海に向かいます。

波が来たらパドリングをして波を捕らえます。

波をキャッチしてボードが加速したらスタンディングしてテイクオフの体勢にむかいます。
