手ぶらでサーフィンを体験できるコースです。
JPSA公認プロサーファー梅野紘聖が丁寧に分かりやすくレッスンいたします。
（専属のインストラクターが担当する場合もあります。）
気軽に南国宮崎でサーフィンを楽みませんか？

初日からボードの上に立って波に乗れます！

内容スクール時間は約2時間。
まず初めに準備体操をして、サーフボードの説明やスクール中の注意事項説明。
砂浜でボードの上に立つ練習をしてから、いざ海へ！
ほとんどの方がスクール中にボードの上に立って波に乗れるようになります。
「波に乗る」という感覚は本当に気持ちいいです！
