大正3年創業の老舗店「小田島水産食品（株）」の塩辛工場見学ツアーです。

函館近海で獲れた新鮮なスルメイカを、昔ながらの秋田杉の木樽を使った製法でこだわりつくられた特製のいか塩辛です。

小田島社長自ら見学者にわかりやすくガイドしてくれます。見学後は、作りたての美味し〜い塩辛を試食できますよ♪
