南部鉄器の工房見学後、南部鉄器でいれたコーヒーを素敵な喫茶店で味わうツアーです
盛岡の南部藩の藩主が１７世紀ころ京都から釜師を招いて茶の湯のための釜を作らせたのが始まりといわれています。
南部鉄器の工房を見学し、南部鉄器で淹れた白湯orコーヒーを楽しみます。
実際に南部鉄器で淹れた飲み物を飲むことで違いを感じてみるのはいかがでしょう。
盛岡は喫茶店の街としても有名です。２０２３年にニューヨークタイムズで「行くべき都市」に選ばれました。
★ 工房見学ができない場合は製造過程ではなく数件の個人工房のお店を見に行くことになります。
★ 喫茶店の休業日には別の喫茶店でお茶、あるいは南部鉄器ではなく盛岡の人気の喫茶店を訪れるというプランに変更になります。
