■所要時間約95分
9:00 着替え・清掃・気持ちを整える
9:15 ハワイのおいのり・ストレッチ
9:30 フラの基礎練習・課題曲・ストレッチ
10:30 ごあいさつ・着替え

■フラとALOHAを少人数で学べます。

■前半は、オリなどハワイ語、フラに必要なストレッチや基礎、をしっかり練習します。

■後半は、復習曲と課題曲を練習します。

■いつから参加しても大丈夫です。どの曲にも活かせるよう基礎を大切に練習します。

■激しくはありませんが、美しく優雅な動きのダンスです。他のお教室で習っていたかた、ブランクがあるかたも大歓迎です。
