埼玉県春日部にある「江戸川工房」は、「一般社団法人日本そば打ち名人協会」会長のそば打ち名人が在籍する、そば打ち体験が楽しめる工房です。
蕎麦の打ち方、茹で方、食べ方を学び、最後に「秘伝の出汁」を使った汁でお召し上がりいただけます。

日本の伝統衣装、お祭りの際に着用する「法被（はっぴ）」無料貸出サービスもございます。

お得な天ぷらとソフトドリンク1杯付き。
