Plan description

老舗漆器店で「現代金継 (きんつ)ぎ」を体験できるコースです。本コースでは本うるしを使用する本格的な金継ぎと異なり、代用うるしを用いて器を修復します。かぶれにくく、速乾性があるため当日に作品を持ち帰ることができます。
さらに、本コースでは修復用の器を用意してもらえるため、手ぶらで気軽に金継ぎが体験できます。もちろん、金継ぎをしたい器の持参も可能です。
店舗が所在するのは、多くの老舗伝統工芸品店が集まる東京・日本橋。江戸時代は商業や物流の拠点として栄え、今でも江戸文化の風情を随所に感じられます。体験の前後に散歩を楽しみながら、日本の伝統的修復技法である金継ぎを体験してみませんか。
