日本料理屋の店主が、日本料理をより華やかに彩る技『飾り切り』を実演し、お客様にも簡単な飾り切りを体験していただきます。また、日本料理には欠かせない庖丁の種類や用途なども説明し、庖丁で創り出す日本の四季を感じてもらいたいと思います。
最後に、お客様に作っていただいた飾り切りを店主の料理に添え、共に創り出した日本料理を堪能していただきます。
