京都・嵐山エリアで、日本の家庭料理を体験しませんか？
このクラスでは、和食の基本である「出汁（だし）」を昆布とかつお節から丁寧にとるところから始め、味噌汁、だし巻き卵、季節の副菜、そして和牛や海鮮を使った巻き寿司を一緒に作ります。
講師は3児の母で管理栄養士。栄養バランスや健康にも配慮したレッスンで、初心者の方も安心して参加できます。
使用する食材はすべてこちらで用意し、レシピと出汁パックのお土産付き。
英語での対応も可能なので、海外からのご旅行中にもおすすめです。
