空と海と大地を感じるプログラムですからヨガ未経験の方も遠慮なくご参加下さい
思いっきり自然を楽しむエアリアルヨガを是非一度体験してみて下さい　スタジオでは得られない感動に早くもリピーター続出してます

講師の目が行き届く　1レッスン5名までの少人数制

スクールではありませんので経験、レベルは関係ありません
外で宙に浮く解放感と爽快感といった醍醐味は味わう価値大アリです

～当日の流れ～　各時開始20分前集合
①集合、同意書サイン、用意（着替え処あります）
②エアリアルヨガ開始（45分）
③終了後　各々　着替え、シャワー（公園事務所内更衣室シャワー利用可能　無料）　
④解散

注)天候状況により中止になる場合があります　中止時は全額返金
