寒波により天候が悪く他のアクティビティが中止になったため、翌日の予約だったこちらを当日に変更できるかお願いしたところ可能とのことで急遽対応していただき、ピックアップバスにも乗せていただけました。初めてのスノーモービルに加え悪天候でしたが説明から練習まで分かりやすく、スムーズに乗ることができました。不安だから2人乗りがよかったと話していた友人も最後は自分で運転できて良かったと喜んでおりあっという間の60分でした。
スノーパークでもスタッフさんのおかげで楽しく遊ぶことができ大満足です。

I have done snowmobiling 7 times with this company for the past 3 years! and every time is as fun as the last. I really really enjoyed this experience and highly recommend if you are ever in Sapporo and want some adventure! They pick you up form a designated spot in the city and drop you off at the same spot. The guides are super friendly, and speak enough English for you to understand what to do! It is safe, exciting and the views are absolutely breathtaking! The BBQ is also delicious so if you have time I recommend trying that as well! I’d give +100 stars if I could!

We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the location. Very comfortable bus and pleasant driver. At the location we were greeted, shown the important areas and given our gears. Mr Shou was assigned to us and he was extremely helpful, even offered to take pictures for us. The BBQ was also great. We would definitely visit again.
