SUPYOGAとは、サーフボードより大きいサイズのスタンドアップパドルボードの上でヨガをする新感覚のアクティビティ！海の上に立つってこんな感じ？！
海と風、波の音を感じながら素敵な時間をお届けします♡
ヨガをしたことのない方や泳げない方でも大丈夫！是非トライしてみて下さい、楽しいこと間違いなし！

初めは軽くSUPボードを漕いでボードに慣れます、それからボードの上でヨガをします。
